After managing my aging parents account at m and t, I can honestly say this is the worst bank for service, technology and basic common sense. They control everything including your zelle. They make you call security every time you zelle. It's an embarrassment for them. A huge hassle for me. They make it impossible to like them. I spent 3 hours on the phone just to add one single Verizon payee account. Good lawd. The worst.
