RAI and Mediaset issues

Annhour ago both Italiannstations had a blacknscreen and same at brothers house nearby.mReset did nothing. Called Xfinity and told tyere was an issue uin our area (02472 zip code). Service camebback at about 12:30 pm but still having new intermittent sound or picturevstoppage. Issue not totally resolved , just in case Xfinity thinks it is.
