USPS Click N Ship not connecting

After clicking on the "select service and packaging" button the propgram goes into the "processing" mode for about twenty seconds, then goes right back to the originating page. Never gets to the service and packaging list. No warning or error notice is displayed, not even a "try again". (Copied from report on 11/28/20--same issue)
