When I go to pay I get the message:
Error! We're sorry. We were unable to verify your card information. Please confirm your billing address and card security ID and try again, or use another card. To be clear, I tried FOUR cards. I called my bank, and nothing is even going through to them. I contacted customer service and they said they'd have the service team look into my account, because it's an account issue. I was irritated because I don't want the items I'm trying to purchase to sell out, so I logged into a family member's home depot account. Low and behold, the same issue happened on their account. Obviously a system-wide issue and Home Depot has no idea about it. That's fine.
