can not load online banking webservices for the past 3 days

With Regions online banking, I am getting messages "server timed out" and "cannot reach website" messages. I have tried from different computers with the same results. Also, I can get to different credit cards accounts (chase, discover, etc..) and do business but not with regions.com.
