I am having the same problem. i was on chat yesterday with one of their agent. and they pretty much said it was my computer. but it is not. so, i had to purchase my items some where else. they have a glitch in there system and really need to acknowledge it. things happen. but we as cx just want to know. i was able to checkout at target and homepot yesterday. got the same products.
