Cannot login

Have not been able to login on either of my Citicard accounts for at least 3 months on my laptop (which I use for everything else). I can sign in on another computer that's not mine, which I've had to do to pay my bills over this time period. I have no problem logging in to any of my other cards besides Citi on my laptop, so something changed over the last few months with the Citi website. I called a rep but the problem was not resolved.
