I tried to send money from SHIPMONEY VISA to South Africa. The transaction went off my SHIPMONEY VISA, I was REFUNDED my money.
I tried again, NO MTCN is generated.
SHIPMONEY VISA has confirmed the ISSUE IS WESTERN UNION.
3 WEEKS this has been going on.
