Won't accept mobile deposit, called CS, told to call later and call ended

I've had this account for a month. In addition to holding my paycheck for 7 days, I can't access my online banking via mobile app. Called for help (again) due to check not clearing, automated voice said we are unable to take any calls at this time due to extremely high call volume. Please try another time. This is unbelievable.
