Payload Too Large error

Union Bank bill pay problem "Payload Too Large" experienced both 8/15/20 & again 8/16/20. Was able to get a partial payment out 8/15/20 after SEVERAL attempts, but not today 8/16/20. Big waste of time! No communication from UB, neither do they appear to have a way for me to send a message to them like MOST other banks.
