This has been a persistent problem for me since April. Every two weeks when I am supposed to file, it will not let me log in, and frequently requires a PW reset. Once reset, the PW does not work. I have emailed with sporadic success, and called only to get a "not taking calls" message. TWC, you guys suck!!!!
