Kohl’s app won’t open

When I click to open the app, the logo comes on and tries to open but then jumps out and closes before opening. No error screen - just disappear. It has been this way for a few weeks. I deleted the app from my iPhone 7, then downloaded again but same issue. Turned off my phone and restarted but same issue persists. All other apps on my phone work fine.
