Unemployment Benefit Services down?
After finally getting to login, I was taken to a new page never I've never seen before, saying I have to wait 10 minutes to do anything, like I'm waiting in-line at the DMV. Not even 2 minutes go by on the countdown, and the time zeroes out and a notification says "UBS is down". Refreshed the page, now my time is 15 minutes to wait to request a payment. They are doing this because of high volume traffic, but 2 weeks ago during "high volume traffic" everything was fine? Has anyone been able to get through?
