Won't add in transfer fee so I can proceed

I can add the amount to send but it won't load the receivers pay or the transfer fee therefore I cannot proceed with the transfer. Tried to talk to customer service and they tell me to check my computer or reinstall my phone app. This is not working on a home computer or mobile. I was told to go to a Western Union location but as you know, will cost more money. Ugh!
