Mobile Banking Deposit Not Working

Tried repeatedly and says picture not clear, make sure amount is correct, etc. Have tried sunlight, indoors, outdoors, etc. It accepts the photos then gives an error message. They told me to delete app and reinstall. Still doesn't work. Very unhappy that Legacy made the switch.
