Can't EVER check out

I choose an open time slot and it says I have [an hour] to check out. But when I try to check out, I can't, sometimes there's an error message, sometimes not, but either way it'll show that my slot "will expire if" I haven't checked out by the exact time it is at that moment--even if it's less than 1 minute from when I started! I've checked my computer's time and date, I've used every possible browswer, in regular and incognito modes, and on multiple devices, including the most updated Walmart app on my just updated phone. I've deleted, reinstalled, restarted, cleared caches, and I am not allowed to check out!!!
