fastrak webpage corrupt

When opening the website, you see a large graphic that takes up two pages. There is no place to login to your account. I attempted to login by searching for fastrak via google and found their normal webpage, tried to login and nothing happened. I also received a 401 warning
401 - Unauthorized: Access is denied due to invalid credentials.
You do not have permission to view this directory or page using the credentials that you supplied.
