Click & collect technical issues or stuck at “next”

I've done click & collect several times now and it's worked fine. Now the website seems to be down with first saying "can't proceed due to technical error" and while that is finally gone, now I can't get past "next" which just endlessly cycles or goes no where. The most frustrating part is that I have to say up until 1am to even start this order process. I'M TIRED!
