With Click & Collect "We have received maximum order capacity for the day" for past 24 hours

This has been going on since I started trying yesterday morning. Called 1-888 Customer Service, she advised "keep trying through the day - sometimes it will reopen. Sorry, I cannot place Click & Collect orders over the phone. It must be done on the website." I have tried no less than 22 times - including all through the night. Still receiving the same message.
This is for my granddaughter's birthday on Saturday - PAHL desk book shelves to accompany her Christmas desk & Chair. We are passing through Jacksonville on route to a middle GA destination. A Mega-Company should do better than this. Sad... Sadder for my 6 year old grand daughter.
