I got the same thing, and the page is titled "TWC Waiting Room". I contacted them via facebook messages and was told that that means you're in a que to get online with them, and that you should keep the page open and wait. I've done that for hours at a time and nothing has changed. Now it looks like it's just as hard to reach them online as it is by phone!
