Trying to find out on day 30 what they did with my $8567.47 cashiers check and again can't log in!

I literally despise this bank. They took a chashwmiers check in October and didn't apply it until my escrow company cancelled it and sent them another one UPS! They've done the same thing on my Simplicicty card. I know they got it because I sent it PRIORITY TO THEM! 35 +hours on hold and on the phone with thus company andbI am ready to blow my brains out!
