Been trying for DAYS to pay my bill. I cannot log in to Walmart site, Capital One site. No one is answering phone calls. Cannot email bc you cannot even log in. I refuse to accept any late fee because the inabilty to get your Code in order and fix it.
We all have been asked to "Stay Home" and manage our lives. I know for a fact Capital One Employees are working FROM HOME. Which should mean they would be happier and less stressed with zero communte.
Fix your crappy code. I think we all should get our bills forgiven for this month. At the very least FIX IT!
