Payees missing and customer service by phone lacking

Tried to get a bill paid at approx 9:30 am. I could log in to my acct but all payees are missing. Tried one customer service number and got nowhere. Called my local branch in Countryside IL and was advised to log out and then log in again. They did not know of any problems. Called another customer service number and the recording tape was garbled. Called a third number and was advised that the bank was "deleting old payees" and that they had received other calls about the problem. My personal opinion is they may not know what is wrong. They need to put a message on their home screen advising customers that they are working on the system. They are leaving all their customers in the dark. 53th Third, keep us informed!
