Site unavailable, page cannot be found, phone lines busy. Drops calls
Called about 100 times this AM Got through to file a new claim and it goes to a busy line signal and drops the call. Got this twice
Website only gives unavailable, cannot be found. When you do get the log on, got to entering my address and phone next page was not found. Yes there videos clearly state that any app not completed with confirmation is not submitted and you have to start over. So even when you get a glimpse, it is worthless and only aiding in crashing the system. Not acceptable.
