My charts freezes with high flying stocks

usin E*TRADE pro, when I reviewed stocks like Apple, Tesla, Amazo or the Spy stocks my charts freezes and I have to reboot. My IMAC works fine and my speed is great. I callEd numerous times to E*TRADE TEC. And was told that it was an E*TRADE issue. And that that we're trying to fix problem. I lost some good money during the last week. I have been with E*TRADE over 10 yrs and never experienced this problem.
