Access Denied from multiple servers
Just called the direct corporate complaint 927 number to report that the J C Penny website which I tried accessing with every permutation of jcpenny.com I could think of was not accessible via my server located in NYC area and via my laptop near Chicago. Which means that buyers such as myself cannot buy during this Christmas buying period. The “help” person, Marcia, at J C Penny actually had the gall to suggest to me that I should turn my computer off and on “cuz that’s sometimes what you gotta do.” No. She insisted that she’s got jcpenny website up, so that’s what I have to do. Multiple times she said this. Again, no. To humor her, I accessed the store.jcpenny.com portion of the website and then tried to sign in to my account with the same failure to spend money. Here are just some of the denials I received, if, and I guess I really mean if, if anyone is interested in why I wasn’t along with millions of others in mine and my wife’s metro areas able to spend money tonight:
In your email re items on sale for under 25 50 and 100, your hypertext links didn’t work when I tried to shop. I got the following error using Internet Explorer 10:

You don't have permission to access "http://www.jcpenney.com/g/shop-all-products?" on this server.

Also, when I tried to shop by using bing via Microsoft Edge on Internet Explorer 10, I got the following error which prevented me from shopping:

And that was after typing in www.jcpenny.com !!! so what is going on if a normal guy can’t shop for his wife on your website??????
I also just now tried it with http and the slashes and everything and see the bing hit but the click gives me:
Access Denied
You don't have permission to access "http://www.jcpenney.com/index.jsp?" on this server.
