Error - won't play shows

We use ROKU and the CBS All Access app does not allow us to play shows.  We can get into the app, but then it freezes with an error message (attached).  This has been happening for more than 1 month now from when I originally called to report the problem.  For such a big company like CBS this is ridiculous to be having consistent app issues like this.  I pay for the app each month and I can't even use it.  Please do not charge our accounts if it is going to continue NOT to work.
