No funds available. Not able to get thru on phones, website etc.

Tried to utlize debit card for an online purchase and was declined due to insufficient funds.  Not accurate as we were paid today.  Tried to logon to my bank account online and on app, no luck.  Tried to call local branches as well as corporate 800# nothing going through.  Found out from a branch source their entire system is down.  I hope they get this corrected ASAP as this is a major issue for our family!!  When going to some branch locations they are stating you can use the ATM which is not correct as it shows your balance as "$0.00".
