Error messages and this page cannot be displayed

when trying to view emails - error message "try again" bottom of email in orange box pops up "SERVER UNREACHABLE"
when I try to trash emails = constantly getting errors and when trying to send emails
happening for over 3 weeks now on the "this page cannot be displayed" and error messages try again.
