I have been trying to log on or contact the bank since Monday. I have seen "server not responding" or even a link to verify my identity by sending a text message which does not come. 1-800-531-1401 customer service number has been busy all morning. There is nothing on the website that says they are having issues. There is no communication regarding these issues. 3 days is too long to not have onlinle access.
