THE SITE IS STILL DOWN!!! Been promised 12 noon Monday, 4PM Monday, Tuesday morning, and now maybe Wednesday????? Who is in charge of this fiasco? They need to be terminated for failure to properly test a new computer program before going on line with it.
I request someone with authority other than the customer service people who can't do anything other than parrot the supervisor as to what is going on, and what is being done to correct it.
