MY DEBIT CARD /CREDIT CARD FLAGGING

for over a month now my card is excessively getting declined; not because i dont have enough money in the account but according to custmoer service, which has given me a plethora of reason like i'm shopping in a zip code not my own, i'm stopping at store's i customarily dont frequent, or buying bigger ticket items like a needed refrigerator. upon checking out my card is blocked and i'm waiting in a busy store checkout line while i have to call 1-800 key 2you for help meanwhile customers and the cashier are waiting for me to get my card unflagged this has occured at least 11 times in the last month and has taken up to a 1/2hr to get resolved; i'm sure it would happen more often but i have found myself curbing my shopping because i dont want the hassel and embrassment of having cause people to wait in line until i call to get my card unflagged and am given premission to spend my own money. Customer Service has a mantra of the computer has to learn my habits, and it's for my protection.  THIS SO CALLED PROTECTION FEELS WAY MORE LIKE POLICING
