this error has been on my account for several attempts over the last month or so. I have unplugged my devic, restarted it, unplugged and replugged in my route, cleared the cache. I don’t know what else to do. This is annoying. I am paying $100 for this service and can’t even use it. My renewal is in October. If this continues it won’t be worth renewing.
