Cannot access Comcast Webmail or Account

I am unable to access Xfinity (Comcast) webmail or my Xfinity account from any browser. This happens periodically and quite suddenly. I tried clearing all cache and history data, with no effect. Note that this happens across devices and even with browsers that are rarely used simultaneously. I can access my email only thru my smartphone, which does not use the Xfinity web interface. When I call Comcast about this issue, they always tell me it's an issue on my end.  I don't know what else to try. Any suggestions?
