I've tried on Chrome, IE, and 2 different computers. Had the same problem yesterday. App works, but I really prefer paying bills on my desk top.It's more user friendly, plus, when I paid a bill yesterday on the app, it gave my no confirmationnumber. I had to call in for that! I can't operate this way. Ridiculous.
