No access for two weeks and no help from customer service

I have not been to get online for two weeks.  My log in is disable and will not allow me to reset.  The wait time has been up to 2 hours (still no one answered) I cannot call everyday and hope and pray after waiting on the phone for two hours that someone will answers.  The branch cannot help and have not real explanation of what is going on.  Bank of the West has not updated their customers or offered any solution to this.  I would think a large company like yours would have better solutions.  This is crazy.  I am about ready to close my account I have had since 1989.  I NEED ACCESS TO MY ACCOUNTS.
