Why is Bank of the West not doing anything?! Was there a breach or something? I feel it's really unprofessional that the bank hasn't sent out any communication letting us know what is going on....and don't try to contact customer service that will be over an hour wait. Honestly, I've been with them over 15 years and now am considering leaving for a different bank.
