Unable to log into my mobile bank of the West site

Bank of the West mobile site has been down for days. I have checked different web down sites. Some say Bank of the West is up. Some say it's down. I've tried calling the help number. All as I get is someone telling me the wait time is over an hour. Had this site been hacked?
