Can't Reach the Log In Page

I click to log into my account and then redirected to "Hmmmm...Can't reach this page. Then redirected to https://loginprodx.att.net/FIM/sps/ATTidp/saml20/logininitial?RequestBinding.
I go through this every -7 months and I'm tired of changing the passwords and not having it help. I've been able to keep several passwords for years in the past now this has become a reaccuring fact of life.
