unable to log in for over 6 days

B of West site has been down for over 6 days, will not work on computer or mobile app. Their customer service wait time over 1 hours, but it also has serious issues, it will disonnect you after holding for 30 min or more. No announcement from BankWest, their homepage will not report these serious issues. What's going on and why haven't their customers been contacted?
