It was down last week for a few days, but then worked just fine over the weekend. Now today there is nothing working again. I just needed to inform them of my travel details and was on hold for 45 minutes before a robot told me they were unable to help me and hung up. The brick and mortar branch is only able to put the request in their internal system, but they are calling me back in two hours to let me know if the information made it to my debit card account. The poor tellers are bombarded with phone calls and customers having all kinds of issues and it seems nothing can be done on their end either.
