Online and app not working for 3days

Denied access to online and Mobil banking...I have called for the last 3days and sat on hold for over an hour then they disconnected me! The recording said to say forgot password to reset...tried that and it said need to verify identity.  What B's! Bank of the West you suck! I have bills to pay.if nobody is going to pick up just put that on your recording. I have wasted over 3hours of my time. Fix your issues!!!
