Mobile app, account invalid error.

I can't access transaction information or activate quck balance feature. I get the following notification from the app: "one or more account numbers are invalid or an attempt was made to set instant balance to enabled with no accounts." This account is still active. I also get error message when trying to mobile deposit a check.
I have been on hold with BotW phone line (800)488-2265 for over 30 minutes with no response.
