Website down 7/11, 7/10, and 2 weeks ago

Online banking was down most of 7/10 but got through once. Today, 7/11, it was down everytime I tried to login from 4:30 to 8:30 pm. I called customer service, said the wait was 10 minutes, then 45 minutes, after 15 minutes I gave up. The site had problems two weeks ago. They have some serious issues.
