When your bank's online services is down a dozen times a month this constitutes an incompetent service which I believe PNC should deposit $35 in my account each time I am unable to access my account die to this form of penny-pinching hiring of feather-brain technicians. The same way PNC does not hesitate to deduct $35 from my account if I am one cent short on my account it should zealously deposit $35 in my account for the inconvenience of accessing their on-line services which is part and parcel of my monthly banking charges. In any event, the next time it happens I will close my bank account out and advise everyone I know to avoid banking there for that reason.
