Can't receive money

Every time I log into my account NetSpend Western Union NetSpend it won't allow me to load money on to my account keeps telling me cannot be processed please call this number this is like the third time trying it never had a problem my account is in good standing I'm getting very fustrated with this and I have lupus it's hard for me to walk anywhereÂ
