EMAIL SERVER EXTREMELY EXTREMELY SLOW

Emails take EXTREMELY long time to receive! No problem with Gmail - very fast. Something is wrong with Comcast email today, at least in zip code 02472! Very very slow and some never received. Tried sending to myself from both Comcast email client and from my Gmail - never received most and few received were after 20 minutes. Sam,e on multiple PCs and tablet, but other email clients used are very fast as usual!l Problem has been going on for about past 7 hours or more! When will it be fixed?
