This "unexpected error" message has kept me from printing an international label since 7am est, it is currently 11:15am est.
This kind of glitch happens often, but usually works itself out with only having to input the same information repeated 5, 6, 7 times. This time however, it has put me out almost 4 hours and cost me getting it picked up today by my local carrier.
This website really should be more reliable.
