Secondary User Can't Access E-mail Landing Page after Login to Xfinity

Primary user and another secondary user using same device can access e-mail landing page and open messages after logging in to Xfinity, but another secondary user cannot. The system attempts to go out to the e-mail system but ends up landing back on the Xfinity landing page rather than reaching the e-mail landing page.

The secondary user's e-mail account is active as messages sent to it cause the number of messages reflected on the Xfinity landing page to increase as messages are received. No luck resolving with first and second tier support since April 22nd.
