Website down for a week, at this point

Cannot get onto the Citicard website to generate my year-end Summaries that I need for tax purposes. Was able to order them over the phone to be mailed to me, but they had no answers as to why the website is down....even acted like they did not already know. That was last Wed., this is one week now, and the website is still down (with an apology message). I still need to check for some refunds, so this is not convenient at all. Sure glad I get my statements mailed, and pay them through my local bank website.
